She is a FBI agent, for Pete's sake! It would be a disaster if half of the FBI agents act like her. What made her think she was absolutely right that the suspect was innocent? What if she was wrong? As a FBI agent, she needs to follow the order or go through the right channel to voice her concern, not to go out tell the suspect that he is being watched. She should know better.
